Member Login Help
There are currently five areas of NSBA's Web site that have "members only" information:
- National Affiliate (NA)
- National Education Policy Network (NEPN)
- School Attorneys (COSA)
- Technology Leadership Network (TLN)
- State School Boards Association
The information needed to login to members only areas are your last name and password. We have personalized usernames and passwords for all of the member areas listed above. These are stored in NSBA's membership database and are automatically kept up-to-date as new members join and as other members cancel.
Your last name and password will allow you entry into all of the members only areas in which you or your school district participates. For instance, if your district is a member of both the National Affiliate and Technology Leadership Network, you only need to log into the website once and it will allow you into both areas.
Note: it doesn't matter if you type your last name in uppercase, upper and lower case or all lower case—it is not case-sensitive.
Your PASSWORD is your identification number in our membership database. You can find this number in several ways:
- If you receive School Board News, it is the number found on the 1st line of your mailing label;
- If you receive marketing or promotional mailings from NSBA, it will be on the mailing label;
- You can call 800-950-6722 and press option "1" to speak to one of our "customer service operators"; and
- You can call or e-mail one of our Membership Coordinator's (see list below) in the specific area you need to log into.
Once you have logged-in for the first time, you may change your password to something that is more convenient for you to remember; however, to do this you must already be logged in. After you have logged-in, click on the "Change your password..." link that appears below the yellow LOGIN button on the left side of the screen. On this page you will need to enter your last name, your current password, and then your new password.
