Constitution Day and Citizenship Day Resources

Constitution Day and Citizenship Day is celebrated this year during the week preceding or following September 17. On this day, federal law requires school districts receiving federal funds to educate students about the Constitution. The law does not specify exactly how schools must educate students. Numerous organizations from non-profits dedicated to teaching about the Constitution to the U.S. federal court system provide resources and curriculum ideas geared towards students of all ages to learn about the Constitution.
