Position Description:
Assist the General Counsel in handling the legal affairs of the corporation. Provide counsel and assistance to prepare and promote the interests of the ABC corporation before public and federal and state legislative and executive bodies. Defend claims against the corporation and develop and implement policies, procedures and actions to avoid legal claims against the corporation.
Position Requirements:
JD and admission to the Anywhere State Bar. Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant industry experience. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to bring together an organization, build morale, motivate staff and focus it on meeting objectives. Superior analytical skills; able to synthesize and analyze information in an environment that is often fast paced and complex.
Salary Range (optional): $85,000 to $100,000
