Key Work of School Boards Research

The Key Work systems approach to school governance is the focus of a new, formalized academic research project. The scholarly study originated as an extension of the Iowa Lighthouse Project (described below) and is sustained by the federation members' expressed need to have better understanding and more specific application of the Key Work model.

This site offers updated information on the research project as it becomes available.
