Leadership Insider is a newsletter for decision makers that contains in-depth articles on a wide variety of current and provocative policy and school law-related topics. It is published by NSBA for school districts that are members of the NSBA
National Affiliate program. Previously distributed in hard copy as a supplement to
School Board News,
Insider now is published and disseminated only in electronic form.

1999 article from NSBA newsletter Inside School Law intended to assist school board members and others in understanding the legal issues involved when officials seek to ensure a racially diverse learning environment for children.
