Supreme Court

NSBA is very involved in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court relevant to school districts.  NSBA writes amicus briefs, offers a moot court to attorneys arguing cases before the Court, and keeps state associations and Council of School Attorney members apprised of Supreme Court cases.
