COSA Awards
Distinguished Service
The Council of School Attorneys (COSA) recognizes COSA members who have provided exemplary leadership and distinguished service in support of the COSA mission to support school attorneys in their representation of public school boards by providing leadership in legal advocacy for public schools.
The COSA Award for Distinguished Service is presented periodically at the COSA Spring School Law Seminar. Award winners receive national recognition and acknowledgement of their dedication and contributions to the practice of school law.
Lifetime Achievement Award
The Council of School Attorneys (COSA) recognizes COSA members who have provided exemplary leadership and distinguished service in support of the COSA mission over an extended period. To be considered for this award, an individual must have been a member of COSA for at least 10 years.
The COSA Lifetime Achievement Award is selected periodically and presented at the annual COSA Spring School Law Seminar. Award winners receive national recognition and acknowledgement of their dedication and contributions to the practice of school law.
